We run a real estate investing company that buys and sells single-family properties in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. We are looking for 2 motivated individuals who are looking to gain some experience investing in real estate. Sales experience and willingness to learn are a must. If you are a realtor or have worked for investors in the past this could be a great opportunity for you!

We are seeking a motivated individual who knows how to sell and is willing to pick up the phone and make offers. If you do not have experience with this in the past, it’s not a big deal. As long as you are willing to talk with people and learn the simple rapport building and negotiating proccess.

This is a full time, commission based position working directly with our team. We provide lots of off-market leads – your job is to build relationships and close deals. Must be willing to get in the trenches and learn as you go. This truly is a simple job if you are willing to put in the work. It is absolutely crucial that you are on the phone during the day analyzing properties and making offers.

As an Acquisition Manager, you will earn 10% commission of the net profit per closed deal. The average wholesale net profit is $8,000 – $16,000. This consistently provides an average commission of $800 – $1,600 per deal and up as an Acquisition Manager.

We will provide you with scripts to guide you along the sales process. As you gain more experience, you will be given more opportunities to learn and grow.

We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of a team – not someone who is going through the motions to gain experience and more on. We take care of our people and believe that together we all achieve more.
